Live Action Quick Tips

Did you know….

The hamburger is actually a far more recent invention than most realize. While countless culinary innovators take credit for creating the burger, perhaps the most likely candidate was New Haven, Connecticut lunch-cart operator Louis Lassen. As the story goes, in 1900, Lassen served a ground beef sandwich to a worker on the go, giving rise to the hamburger. The Lassen family is continuing the tradition 113 years later. At Louis’ Lunch, the burgers are cooked in vertical cast-iron gas stoves and served on plain bread; the only condiments available are cheese spread, tomatoes, and onions. Ingredients such as ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise are strictly forbidden. According to the owners, students from nearby Yale University are often caught trying to smuggle ketchup into the grill. They are politely asked to leave.(listverse.com)

Any burger of your choice!

I don’t know what you are doing for lunch but as for me and my house we will eat bacon burgers!!

And what better way to eat a bacon burger than with bleu cheese!

“Ewwww.. bleu cheese on a burger.. I think I will leave that for salad.”

“My silly friend, bleu cheese is a marvelous enhancement to a burger! Let me explain.”

Bleu cheese to me has always had a sharp, salty and punchy kind of taste. It is a huge explosion of flavor for something that usually is so small and in a bread crumb form.

Salad is where this little hidden gem of decadence was first introduced to me. I still remember that one fine day when my eyes were opened as I tried it on a burger!

I felt like the Blue Brothers when they first caught the Holy Ghost, like Usain Bolt (Olympic runner) breaking a world record, like Forest Gump seeing Jenny when he did his speech in front of thousands!

Excalibur!!!!!

Something about taking a bite into a juicy burger and then the textures in combination caressing your palate and temptations in every way just makes me excited…

A slight crunch of the lettuce.. then Oh what is this… a sweet succulent piece of bacon..yum! more..the tender beef massages my teeth and then all of sudden..

Kaplow!!

The bleu cheese gives you a nice good slap to the face and then it soothes your taste buds to start the bite all over again.

Bite after bite you get the same results! It’s like smelling perfume and then smelling coffee beans after. The bleu cheese does the same by restarting your palate after every bite.True live action eating!

If you like bleu cheese but have never tried it on a burger then I highly suggest you do. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Thanks for joining me on today’s adventure! I look forward to seeing you on the next run! Keep hope alive!

Eating is an enjoyable way of life.Live it..Learn it..Love it!
