My carb loving friends would beg to differ but I promise you that you will feel 100 times better if you incorporate natural foods in your diet.
What are natural foods you may ask?
Basically, if you can kill it or grow it then that is natural.
Let me take that back and even say this in even more detail.
If cavemen ate it, then you should eat it. It’s the best way of living!
Anywho..When I am looking for something healthy,flavorful and fresh it is usually a salad.
And I tell ya..There is a great place for that which they call Pluto’s…
Let’s talk about it..
So it’s time for dinner and I’m not looking for anything heavy; just something to satisfy my hunger panes and leave me in utmost satisfaction.
So my wife and I get to Pluto’s and get freshly sliced white and dark turkey over the fresh salad selection of my choice with 7 additional fixings of my choice.
Purple onions, carrots, beans and more.
Time to dive in!
The dressing is fresh and flavorful..
Turkey is succulent and juicy and can be eaten on its own!
Every bite is massively good with a nourishing fill.
