A Baghdad court has ordered the arrest of President Donald Trump for premeditated murder, an offense that carries the death penalty in Iraq, for his role in the killing of paramilitary commander Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, who died in a targeted U.S. drone strike alongside Iranian Revolutionary Guard General Qassem Soleimani in early 2020.
