Pastor Jerry Toney goes over the Seals again discussing the 5th Seal as the Seal of the Judgement on the Mockers and Scoffers; those that have murdered the Saints in the past and present.
I myself, see this Seal as the Rapture taking place when the Martyrs get the White Robes. We meet them in the Clouds!
Jerry Toney aligns with this message stating he believes there is a specific count of Martyrs before the Rapture takes place and that many have and continue to be killed around the World.
