I’m 45 years old now, but I remember when I hit my mid 30’s the doctors said that I was developing Pre-diabetic blood sugar levels and I should watch what I eat.
I worked out 3 days a week at that time, had an athletic build and thought I was fine, so I never thought nothing of it.
Keep in mind with this mindset at the time, I regularly drank 2- 3 glasses of red wine and a shot or two of Bourbon and ate fried chicken, double burgers, fries, and other high carb foods.
I did attempt to watch meals somewhat, don’t get me wrong, I had taken a Nutrition class to finish off my BS Degree during those years, so I did add fiber, colorful veggies into my diet as well, but cheated on that diet often when going out for dinner.
About 3 years ago, almost 4 years now, I started developing some weird symptoms..
- I was extremely tired every day. It didn’t matter how long I slept or even after taking a nap.
- When I urinated, there was major foam. Even after I flushed, some of the foam would come back up.
- I also experienced aggressive weight loss, where I loss like 10 pounds within a couple of days.
My wife and I talked and I decided to go to the doctor, where they ran a Blood Test and let me know they would get back to me once I received the results..

Now that you have read about the healing and the discipline the Lord Jesus put me through; you have heard through my testimony a real life healing from this disease. Hallelujah!!
Now the discipline stuck with me for a couple of months, then I got comfortable and started drinking again and eating bad foods with heavy carbs into my diet.
After about a year, mid 2020, during lockdowns where all we could do is drink and eat, my blood sugars rose again.
I was shocked and disappointed that I lost my healing. I prayed and pleaded, adjusted my diet again and after a few weeks my blood sugars went back down again and my heing returned!! Hallelujah!!
My healing lasted for another year, and last year the Lord forbade me from drinking and said I made it an Idol, so I dumped my case and all the alcohol completely. He is my 1st Love! Always will be..
Things were going great, but then all of a sudden about 6-8 months after I stopped drinking, my blood sugars increased again.
It has now been 3 months that I have been dealing with sugar levels from 250-300ml on a regular basis and it will only come down with medicine.
I’ve prayed, pleaded, but this thorn won’t escape me. Was it the Sin from drinking that brought it back. Possibly.. Or the Lord may need me to write up this article to save many.. I’m still not sure.
I can’t find the Scriptures to support it, but I did heard Edward Umling do a sermon that discussed this mystery regarding Sinning after Jesus Heals you and someone losing their healing.
Maybe that’s why Jesus said, “Sin no more..” after He healed someone..
With all of the Abominations related to Pharmakia, I am terrified to go to a doctor and I ran out of meds and they won’t give me any more Metformin, I began to seek God for Wisdom.
How can I escape this thing Lord? You have provided everything I need? I heard Metformin is natural? Can I grow Metformin Lord?
Then the Lord answered, “Seek the information..”
I google searched, “Can you grow Metformin?”
Then I see a reference to Berberine..
I searched Berberine and found out that it is a Natural Supplement that comes from the Barberry Plant and seems to have the same effect and studies even say better than Metformin!!
The Lord has just guided me to a natural remedy to heal diabetes!! Hallelujah!
I ordered the Berberine and it was extremely inexpensive. I even ordered seeds from the Barberry Plant, so I can grow them at home.

I just received the Berberine today and will test this out with you all to see if it works. If it does this will save many lives and will bring joy, peace and the love of Christ back to Soul Food and the abundant life Jesus Christ wants for all of us..
The standard dose of berberine is 900-2,000mg a day, divided into three to four doses.
Berberine should be taken with a meal, or shortly after, to take advantage of the blood glucose and lipid spike associated with eating.
Too much berberine at once can result in stomach upset, cramping, and diarrhea.
How Fast Does Berberine Work?
Many of the studies that demonstrated berberine’s ability to lower blood sugar—as effectively as metformin and other diabetes drugs—lasted 90 days, so I would expect results within three months. Some people report a blood sugar-lowering effect within the first month, while others get only marginal results. Like all therapies, it doesn’t work for everyone.
To get an accurate indication of how berberine is working for you, I suggest having an A1C test before you start taking berberine and retesting three months later. For optimal results, use in conjunction with a healthy low-carbohydrate diet and exercise.

Covid Attack after this healing.. Aug 2022 Update
After being healed and not having to take Berberine any longer after this post, in June 2022, I got sick. I assume Covid (I don’t take tests, so who knows), but it felt abnormal, so I took my hydrocloriquine and right after getting better after a few days my blood sugars increased again.
I’m assuming because Snake Venom attacks the liver..
I did the same procedures, but it wasn’t working like it did before although the Berberine helped reduce the symptoms of weight loss and fatigue related to high blood sugars.
I ended up doing more research after seeing my pancreas amd liver needed more help, which I found studies related to a mineral called Chromium Picolinate that helps to produce insulin.
The studies state that many people with diabetes have a lack of that in their system, which helps to produce insulin.
Studies show that after taking 1000 mg a day over a period of 16 weeks, insulin increases and blood sugars reduced.
I started taking it and I’m just about at normal levels in my blood sugars after 3 days!!!
On the 4th Day after dinner, I am not at 187 blood sugar level!
I will continue to take daily until I see my morning blood sugar levels near 100 ml. This morning it was 230 ml, so still a bit high, but improving rapidly from waking up at 340 ml every morning.

Chromium (Cr) picolinate (CrPic) is a widely used nutritional supplement for optimal insulin function. A relationship among Cr status, diabetes, and associated pathologies has been established. Virtually all trials using CrPic supplementation for subjects with diabetes have demonstrated beneficial effects. Thirteen of 15 clinical studies (including 11 randomized, controlled studies) involving a total of 1,690 subjects (1,505 in CrPic group) reported significant improvement in at least one outcome of glycemic control. All 15 studies showed salutary effects in at least one parameter of diabetes management, including dyslipidemia. Positive outcomes from CrPic supplementation included reduced blood glucose, insulin, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels and reduced requirements for hypoglycemic medication. The greater bioavailability of CrPic compared with other forms of Cr (e.g., niacin-bound Cr or CrCl(3)) may explain its comparatively superior efficacy in glycemic and lipidemic control. The pooled data from studies using CrPic supplementation for type 2 diabetes mellitus subjects show substantial reductions in hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia, which equate to a reduced risk for disease complications.
