Preemptive Refusal for Religious Exemption Letters related to Legitimate Reasons for Vaccine Refusal!!

Attached above is a list of preemptive refusals in the City of Berkeley related to Religious Exemptions. I would assume most Employers are doing this approval procedure the same way. At least City and State.
