Two Draft Resolutions have been introduced in the Russian Duma (Their Parliament) to recognize Luhansk and Donetsk (Ukraine states/Oblasts) as “Independent.” Once one of the Resolutions is adopted, Russian troops are INVITED IN to protect those two Oblasts from Ukrainian attack!
The State Duma will adopt one of the Resolutions TODAY on an appeal to Putin to recognize the LDPR – further actions to return these territories to Russia may take a few hours or days.

The Russian Duma would not be taking up these Resolutions if they did not intend to PASS them.
Presuming one is passed, the very first thing the newly-recognized Luhansk and Donetsk will do is to formally ask for Russian troops to protect them from Ukraine. It is widely believed that Russian President Putin will authorize the entry of the Russian Army.
The absolute micro-second that happens, media outlets and Western governments will begin screaming “The Russians are INVADING ! ! ! ”
