Recently, the President of Russia addressed a new speech to the National Security Council.
Putin stressed that “he does not make agreements with a gang of drug addicts and Nazi security battalions.”
As he said, ” there are areas with civilians, which they are trying to mobilize to accuse us after we have attacked civilians. “This is being done on the advice of the Americans.”
Addressing the Ukrainian army, he said:
“Do not allow these ethnic groups to use your wives, your children, your parents, as human shields.
“It is easier to negotiate with you than with Nazi security battalions in Kiev.”
