Russia is preparing for a global conflict as Putin signs a decree disconnecting the country from the World Wide Web.
This means that Russia considers itself to be receiving cyber-attacks from NATO and is therefore entering a state of war with the NATO Alliance.
This is primarily a defensive move that will allow the country to defend itself against cyber attacks and in a second year to launch cyber attacks, dealing a crushing blow to the West.
The relevant documents have already been published by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development.
It is no coincidence that the Russian spy ship Yantar recently left its base in the Arctic.
The Yantar is designed to operate as a parent ship for mini submarines, manned and unmanned. Yantar is very often located in areas where there are submarine cables that carry data, connecting countries and continents to the global telecommunications network.
The Yantar houses two Russian-built submarines, a 3-person submarine named Rus and a second vessel called the Consul. Both can reach a depth of 20,000 feet. They have spherical, compressed inner steel hulls to withstand the enormous pressures in seawater.
