Earth Directed CME: Coronagraph imagery is now up to date and shows a faint, full halo coronal mass ejection (CME) leaving the Sun following the M1.4 solar flare early this morning around AR 2974. A new CME tracking model is showing a possible Earth impact by late March 27th and into the 28th. A geomagnetic enhancement, possibly reaching minor (G1) storm levels could be possible. Aurora sky watchers should be alert beginning this weekend.
