The revelation comes almost a month after the strange VIP flights of Russian aircraft that took off from Moscow to Siberia and the Urals.

The revelation is made by credible Bellingcat researchers who point out that “Russian officials are in underground nuclear control and command centers in the city of Ufa in the Urals.”
Ufa is the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The city is built at the confluence of the Bellaya and Ufa rivers, on the low hills which form the Ufa plateau, west of the southern Urals.
The members of the Bellingcat team studied the flight data presented by WarNews247 a month ago and specifically on 17/3/2020.
