Russia Revised: Warns of World War III – ‘Nuclear War Risk Very Serious’ – WarNews247

Russia recently raised the country’s nuclear alert index as Foreign Minister Lavrov revised what the Kremlin had said so far and spoke openly about World War III and the “serious threat of nuclear war.”

The warning was made public during an interview.

This development comes after the blows that Moscow received today in Bryansk. NATO along with Ukrainians hit so deep into Russian territory. That is why Lavrov focused on the armaments provided to Kyiv by NATO member countries.

He accused the United States of “violating international agreements” with the delivery of Mi-17 helicopters to Ukraine and stressed that “NATO de facto entered into a proxy war with Russia by supplying weapons to Ukraine”!

“Danger of Nuclear War”

“The danger of a nuclear war is now very significant and can not be underestimated,” Sergei Lavrov said in a televised interview Monday night, adding that “there are many who are willing to artificially inflate this threat.”

He also recalled that in January, the countries that make up the “strong nuclear five” of the world, confirmed the position on “the unacceptable use of these weapons.”

This is the starting point for us and we are moving forward on that basis. I would not go so far as to say that the risk is really very, very important and there are many who want to inflate it artificially.

“However, the danger is serious, it is real, it can not be underestimated,” said the head of Russian diplomacy.
