China and Russia have decided for the first time in a decade to expand the BRICS bloc. China’s Foreign Minister announced that the enlargement of the Alliance will begin immediately.
This is the Russia-China response to NATO enlargement: First, there will be enlargement with the aim of joining specific members so that there is absolute sovereignty of the East over the West.
