Information from Beijing states that Xi Jinping is not going to back down. The rules of engagement for the PLA have been released. There will be a serious Chinese military response. For this reason, public threats and public commitments to use armed force have intensified.

Reuters reported that Pelosi is scheduled to visit Taiwan on Tuesday. The US has informed “some allies” and during her visit, she is scheduled to meet with some activists who are outspoken about China’s rights
China: “We will bury you”
Not long ago, the Eastern Zone Combat Command of the People’s Liberation Army of China released a video calling on patriots to “bury all enemies who attempt to invade.”
“To be in a state of full combat readiness, to follow orders, to bury all invading (on the territory of the DRC) enemies,” the video says.

The naval command in Qinglan, South China’s Hainan, has issued a NAVTEX for a new live-fire aviation exercise in the South China Sea, southwest of Hong Kong, effective from August 2 to 6.
