The President of Russia, V. Putin, will address the Russian people regarding the developments in Ukraine, while information from Moscow indicates that the Minister of Defense, Sergei Shoigu, will also speak.

At the same time, Russia laid the groundwork for general conscription. It is only a matter of time before B. Putin declares “total war” in Ukraine, putting an end to the “special military operation”.
