The message certainly concerns arms deliveries to Ukraine as the German Army is set to deliver IRIS-T anti-aircraft systems in the coming days.
The German Foreign Ministry confirmed that Russia bombed the building housing the German consulate in Kyiv earlier today.

No staff members were inside the building at the time of the attack, as work at the German embassy’s visa office has been suspended for several months, a German foreign ministry spokesman said.
The German consulate building in Kiev has not been used since the start of the war , the German Foreign Ministry added.
At the same time, the representative of the Ministry of Defense emphasized that Germany expects to deliver an anti-aircraft defense system to Ukraine very soon and to deliver three more within the next year, without giving exact timetables.
USA: Leave Ukraine immediately
At the same time, the United States embassy in Kyiv after today’s mass missile attacks called on American citizens to leave the territory of Ukraine, “when it becomes safe”.
“Russia’s continued strikes in Ukraine pose a direct threat to the population and political infrastructure,” the US embassy said in a statement.

Poland: ‘Get out of Belarus’

“We recommend that Polish citizens living on the territory of the Republic of Belarus leave its territory by available commercial and private means,” the government announced in a travel advisory posted on its website.

Polish fire services are checking the condition of shelters in case the country is bombed and drawing up an inventory list, the deputy interior minister said today, following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Vovcik said Poland is not under threat, but is preparing for the worst-case scenario.
“These are routine activities,” he said. “This action was planned long ago.”
The control process at the shelters will last two months.
Belarus: Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine prepare attacks
Earlier, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko accused Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine of preparing “terrorist” attacks and a “military uprising” in Belarus, hours after he announced the deployment of a “regional” military strike force jointly with Moscow .
