Drums of war are sounding again in the Balkans. On the order of the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, the armed forces of Serbia were put on high alert due to the situation in Kosovo and Metohija.

According to information from WarNews247, the Rapid Reaction Forces have been put on high alert, namely the 72nd Special Operations Brigade and the 63rd Airborne Forces Brigade as well as individual forces of the Ground Army.

At the same time, disturbing information is circulating in Serbian media about drones that have been spotted spying on bases of the Serbian army. This resulted in the Serbian president ordering the shooting down of all enemy drones as soon as they entered Serbian airspace.

As of yesterday, Monday, at midnight, the government’s decision on the mandatory replacement of Serbian license plates began to be implemented in Kosovo. The measure concerns around 6,000 vehicles which are mainly in northern Kosovo, where the Serb population is a majority.

The problem is not only the fines but the plan to expel the Serbs from Mitrovica. The Kosovars are carrying out a new pogrom plan against them, on the occasion of a bill, which aims to force the Serbian side to recognize the former Serbian province as a state.
