Friday’s Ukrainian strike against the headquarters of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet in Crimea “was launched at the request of the US and British intelligence services,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
“There is not the slightest doubt that the attack was pre-planned using Western Intelligence means, NATO satellite equipment, reconnaissance aircraft and was launched at the request of and in close cooperation with US and British Intelligence,” said Zakharova.
It is recalled that the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, represented by Maria Zakharova, had admitted – with a delay – that Ukraine had attacked the Headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, a port of the occupied Crimea.
In a statement issued at noon on Friday, 9/22/2023, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that the historic building of the Black Sea Fleet Headquarters was damaged. A soldier was reportedly killed.”
