Code Skyfall in Moscow: Launch of NATO’s unstoppable 9М730 Burevestnik super-missile – Putin: “No one will survive if Russia is attacked” – WarNews247..

The President of Russia revealed in a speech at the Valdai Club that the Army has successfully tested the Burevestnik (NATO code name SSC-X-9 Skyfall) super missile, the ultimate terror for any NATO anti-aircraft and anti-ballistic system as it has a range of thousands of miles and is practically unstoppable.

This explains the activation of FEMA in the US and the intense military mobility in Poland.

Russia tested the 9M730 Burevestnik

Russian President Vladimir Putin said today for the first time that Moscow had successfully test-fired the Burevestnik, a nuclear-powered and nuclear-capable cruise missile with a potential range of several thousand miles.

He also told the annual gathering of analysts and journalists that Russia has almost completed work on the Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile system, another key element of its new generation of nuclear weapons.

The 9М370 Burevestnik is a nuclear-powered cruise missile with the NATO code name SSC-X-9 Skyfall. The development of the weapon was announced on March 1, 2018, by President Putin and is one of a total of six new strategic weapons of Russia.

The main advantage of a nuclear-powered missile is its almost infinite range. The nuclear power source allows the missile to fly for much longer periods of time, around US air defenses, circling entire continents if necessary.

According to US intelligence sources, only two of thirteen SSC-X-9 Skyfall tests have been successful so far. A partially successful test took place in Pankovo (Novaya Zemlya) in November 2017. In this test the missile flew about 35 miles before falling into the sea. After this the testing ground was changed and the infrastructure was moved to Nyonoska. Another partially successful test was conducted there on January 29, 2019.

The main mission of the Burevestnik missile is to destroy the enemy’s operational bases such as the destruction of anti-missile defense bases, such as the ground bases of the NATO Aegis anti-ballistic system.

The missile, although initial estimates indicated that it has a range of 10,000 km, according to different estimates, its range can reach up to 20,000 km thanks to the nuclear reactor it has, putting within its effective range almost all of the anti-ballistic systems of the West, which was also the main his mission.

And the effectiveness of the new missile is ensured by the powerful nuclear warhead with which it is equipped.

Putin at the Valdai Club: In the event of a nuclear attack on Russia, no one will survive!

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stressed that no one with a sane mind would use nuclear weapons against Russia, as Moscow’s adversaries know about its nuclear arsenal and, in such a case, “no one would survive  in people.

If such an attack were detected, he said, “such a number of our missiles – hundreds – would appear in the air that not a single enemy would have a chance of survival.”

“I think that no person with the brakes on and a clear memory would think of using nuclear weapons against Russia ,” Putin noted in response to a question from Russian analyst Sergei Karaganov.

Nuclear tests are back on the table

Russia has not conducted a test involving a nuclear explosion since 1990, but Putin refused to rule out the possibility of repeating such tests.

Asked during his annual speech at the Valdai Club, the Russian president stressed that he was not ready to answer whether Russia would need to conduct nuclear tests again, adding that “theoretically we could lift the approval we have given’ to the international nuclear test ban treaty.

He noted that the United States has not ratified the treaty banning nuclear tests, while Russia has signed and ratified it. It would theoretically be possible for the Duma, Russia’s parliament, to revoke its ratification, he said.

Military analysts say renewed nuclear tests by Russia, the United States or both would be deeply destabilizing at a time when tensions between the two countries are higher than at any time in 60 years. In February, Putin suspended Russia’s participation in the New START treaty that limits the number of nuclear weapons each side can deploy.

Russia’s president has reiterated his position that Russia did not start the war in Ukraine, but instead began what he calls a “special military operation” to try to stop it.

In his speech in Sochi, Putin noted that Russia, the world’s largest country by land area, had no need to “steal” territory from Ukraine.

The Russian head of state emphasized that the conflict was therefore not imperialistic or territorial in nature, but concerned the world order, while adding that the West, which has lost its hegemonic power and always needs an enemy, “has lost touch with the reality”.
