One of the Brethren came to me with a question regarding the Ten Virgins, after a so-called Christian showed themselves not demonstrating the Fruits of the Spirit.

I feel they represent a segment of believers who have thinly veiled Holiness but are seething with hatred and disappointment.

That’s what I think the warning is about. The great falling away when it doesn’t happen as they think it should..the Rapture. They will go mad.

I so pray it does happen soon. However we must prepare to persevere if He tarries. Dont we ALL go to sleep waiting?

The Holy Spirit prompted me to Seek it out.. So I did.. Here’s what He showed me..

Let’s go through the Story in the Scriptures..

Matthew 25:1-14 – King James Version (KJV)

¹ Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps (God Gene- Holy of Holies (Lit Understanding), and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

Let’s take a look at what “Wise” means in the Greek..

Pretty easy to see here that the Wise were those with Understanding a Strengthening in the Mind. Holy Spirit Eyesight!!

Now let’s take a look at what “Foolish” really means

Matthew 13:11 – He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries G3466 of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

Mark 4:11 – And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery G3466 of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:

The Foolish you can see that the Eyesight of these were shut up, the Lord spoke to them in mysteries.

Let’s take a look at slumbered..

You can see in the translations here that Slumbered doesn’t mean Falling asleep, but something else. It is even more revealing because the Scripture says slumbered and slept. You can’t do both at the same time right..

In the Translation we can see that Slumbered means to Beckon.. Which Beckon means to call..

So I would say that ALL the Virgins were Calling (Beckoning) on the Lord.

As you can see, the Translation of Slept means more of a physical or spiritual place in a specific period of time. Not to literally sleep.

Now let’s finish the story and then we’ll put this all together.

⁶ And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

⁷ Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

⁸ And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

Now what is the definition of Buy..

What do we trade for our payment (rewards) from the Lord?

Revelation 3:18 NKJV

I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.

Psalm 18:20 NKJ

The Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness; According to the cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me.

It is your humbleness, obedience to the Holy Spirit and Repentance Walk where the Trade happens that the Lord gives you Eyes to See and White Garments (Cleansed Body of Holiness).

This statement of Trade is completed in the closing verses up to verse 14.

¹³ Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

¹⁴ For the Kingdom of Heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them His Goods.

Let’s conclude what we gather from all of this.

The Parable of the Ten Virgins speaks to the Wise Group of Christians (Those that are humble, seeking out the Lord diligently in Trade daily by standing in repentance and obedience and choosing Him first) that are constantly receiving back Eyesight and Righteousness (Clean White Garments) to be able to be Kept from the Experiment.

Revelation 3:10 – NKJV

Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial (THE EXPERIMENT) which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.

The foolish virgins are those not seeking the Lord daily, not Trading (Buying) righteousness with the Lord for Eyesight and a Clean White Robe Daily, because of this they are losing their light and NOT being kept from the Experiment. The Lord’s words are now a mystery to them.

Slumber does not mean head bobbing, it means to Beckon..Both groups calling out to the Lord. However, only one group is being heard by the Lord and refilling their Oil (Eyesight & Cleansed Garments) daily.

Proverbs 15:29 NKJV

The LORD is far from the wicked, But He hears the prayer of the righteous.

Slept doesn’t mean Sleep, but a physical or spiritual place in a specific time.

Both sets of Virgins all waited on the Lord during a specific Appointed Time, beckoning for the Lord.

This Literally is the time we are in now, many claiming to be Christians, but blind to the Mark of the Beast, these blind leaders making up doctrine,which means they are speaking doctrines of demons.

The evidence of where someone stands in Christ is their ability to see, which is the evidence of God’s Reward to show that they are walking properly.

For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.

Now let’s reread what is happening in the story.

Matthew 25:5 -NKJV

But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all Beckoned to the Lord in the lowest Heavens on Earth during the Appointed Time for Departure.

Just know that some the Lord is hearing their call and some the Lord is not.

Prepare for the Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ!
